Terms and conditions

In case the selected hotel is unavailable for booking, an alternate arrangement will be offered to the customer in another hotel of a similar category.

All the Terms & Conditions (T & C ) given below will form the basis of a contractual relationship between TROPIND RARE HOLIDAYS LLP and its clients. It is therefore most important for the guest to go through these T & C, understand them fully & seek clarifications, if any from us. If need be, copy of these T &C can be downloaded or printed for the benefit of the client.

All quotes are only in the nature of proposals & not considered confirmed until itineraries & offer approved in writing by the client as also guaranteed by way of advance & adherence to terms & conditions laid down below. If proposed booking cannot be made due to unavoidable reasons, you will be offered alternates to choose & confirm in writing. Once payment has been deposited by the guest, it is implied that he/she has accepted the T & C.

Advance Payment-

Within the given time frame, a deposit of 25% of the total invoice will be required (unless agreed otherwise in specific cases after due consideration) to proceed with the reservations and send you a status report.

Balance payment –

The balance payment can be made by remittance in 100 % before commencement of Services.

Modalities of payment –

All payments can be made valid verifiable Visa, Master Card or American Express via our Secure Server or via Online Transfer (NEFT- up to INR 02 Lakhs/ RTGS- more than INR 02 Lakhs) to our bank account (details will be provided upon knowing your choice to pay by Online Transfer).

Amendment –

Kindly try to firm up your plan before forwarding advance. TROPIND RARE HOLIDAYS LLP will try to accommodate your request to the extent possible. However, the changes will be subject to certain amendment / administration charges.

Cancellation and Refund –

Cancellation must be notified in writing to Company. The Services cut offs given to us will apply & any cut offs/ retention charges offered by the hotel while giving us special rates for the Clients / Guests will also apply.

In addition, the following charges will apply:-

  • Cancellation more than 60 days prior to start date of tour – 10% of total tour cost OR USD 150 per person whichever is greater
  • Cancellation less than 60 days but more than 30 days prior to start date of tour – 25% of tour cost OR USD 300 per person whichever is greater
  • Cancellation less than 30 days but more than 15 days prior to start date of tour – 50% of tour cost OR USD 600 per person whichever is greater
  • Cancellation less than 15 days prior to start date of tour – 100% of tour cost.

Travel arrangements In

Travel arrangements In India, the standard check-in time is 1400 hours / check-out time is 1200 hours (noon). Early check in & late check outs beyond certain time limits are chargeable. Please be specific while forwarding flight details if you need the same & willing to pay for the extra half or full night as the case may be.

Passports and Visas-

Guests to please ensure that his passport is valid for at least 06 months, has a few blank pages left and he/she has obtained a valid visa for the purpose of the journey.

International and Domestic air bookings-

Reconfirm your flight bookings & keep us updated on the connecting flights & schedule/ any changes in them. It will ensure your planning is accordingly adjusted.

Travel and Insurance

The traveller must adequately insure himself by a reputed insurance company for the full duration of the tour in respect of financial loss (es) of personal belongings/ baggage, any sudden illness, injury, death, flight cancellations and delayed or early departures.

Amendments to confirmed arrangements-

TROPIND RARE HOLIDAYS LLP offers confirmed arrangements to the Clients / guests. However, due to facts beyond control of Company. will try to adhere to all arrangements as confirmed, reasonable changes in the itinerary / Services may have to be made without notice if deemed necessary for best interest of the guests.

Complaints and Claims

Should you feel dissatisfied with any service TROPIND RARE HOLIDAYS LLP has provided, please notify us immediately or else to our representative to avoid the problems happening again during your trip. In the event of a complaint or claim for compensation, you must inform us by email or regular mail in writing within 10 days from the end of your tour. Relevant receipts and substantiating evidence must be attached to the letter of claim. We will not be liable for any claims made later than 10 days after the completion of your tour/Services

TROPIND RARE HOLIDAYS LLP shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to person, property due to force majeure, which may arise due to climatic conditions, sea, fire, breakdown of machinery or equipment, acts of government or other authorities, wars whether or not declared, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, terrorist activities, or any other actions, omissions or conditions beyond Company control. Neither TROPIND RARE HOLIDAYS LLP nor any of its affiliates or subsidiaries shall be or become liable or responsible for any additional expenses of liability sustained or incurred by the tour member as a result of any of the aforementioned causes.
