Terms & Conditions
Rules and regulations for the use of Rare Holidays' Services.
Please read these terms together with the written proposal and supplier conditions issued for your booking.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Rare Holidays website or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Booking and Payments
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after the required payment and written confirmation. Your proposal will state the price, deposit, balance date, inclusions, exclusions and booking-specific cancellation schedule. Supplier conditions may also apply.
3. Visa Services
While Rare Holidays provides expert assistance for visa applications, the final decision rests solely with the respective consulate or embassy. We are not responsible for visa rejections or delays.
4. Changes, Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation charges and refund eligibility depend on the confirmed services and will be shown before payment. Approved refunds are processed after recoverable amounts are received from the relevant suppliers. If a material itinerary change is required, we will explain the available alternative or refund position.
5. Traveller Responsibilities
Travellers are responsible for accurate information, valid passports, required permissions, timely documents, health requirements and compliance with local laws. Names supplied for bookings must match travel documents.
6. Events Outside Our Control
Weather, strikes, government action, supplier failure, public-health events and other circumstances outside reasonable control may require changes or cancellation. Supplier terms and recoverable amounts will determine the available remedy.
7. Limitation of Liability
Rare Holidays shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
8. Questions and Disputes
Please raise a concern promptly at info@rareholidays.com so we can investigate it. These terms are governed by the laws of India; the applicable jurisdiction will be stated in the final booking documents issued by Rare Holidays.
